I enjoyed this book from the first chapter; so much so that I read it in a few hours! A well thought out story line, with lots of twists and turns along the way. What kept me invested in this novel, is Ali Marie’s use of romance, action, suspense and thriller elements all wrapped up into one book!

The main characters are “mostly” likable and Weston grows on you after awhile. The premise of the story is relatable. Sam and Weston have a falling out; Sam leaves town for years, Weston still loves her and both for all intent and purposes, appear to move on with their lives. Sam returns home after being away for several years to take care of family business. Weston and Sam are forced to work together and also over time address their relationship. I was not sure what to expect with the main characters when I began reading the story; however, I was pleasantly satisfied with how Ali Marie wrapped up this novel. I found various aspects of this novel relatable to experiences in my own life; which made me want to read the rest of the story even more! The ending was beautiful and satisfied my hopeless romantic heart.

Ali Marie takes the reader through a story of second chances, new beginnings, friendship, family, loyalty and love in Bluebonnet Days.
